It's hard to fall asleep. Always turn and stare from your mattress to the ceiling. Then read again and hope that you get so tired that you fall asleep. But when the light is on, your brain doesn't think about sleeping. Then it must be dark first. What else do you have to do to finally fall asleep?

Go ahead and read this 10 tips to create your perfect night's sleep. You are definitely not alone in having sleeping problems. Everyone is always busy these days. Busy with work, busy learning, busy studying, busy with household, groceries and much more hassle. And then you want to sleep well at night and rest well. Of course it starts with a nice bedroom, a good bed, a perfect mattress and a wonderful one mattress topper.

Dull

Make it as boring as possible for yourself by the end of the day. So first rest after work and after exercise. After dinner and quietly through the evening with a boring book. Then you can go to bed nice and quietly and then you fall asleep relaxed on your wonderful mattress topper.

If that night is too long for you, you can also take a nice warm bath an hour before you go to bed or read a book downstairs on the couch without television or music. Relax. And then upstairs.

Dark

Make your bedroom as dark as possible. Good blackout curtains help very well and especially do not turn on a television in your bedroom. It may sound tempting to watch your favorite TV program from your top mattress, but it only makes you restless.

The light from the television, and also from your mobile phone and your iPad, works like a red rag on a bull. Because of this you will certainly not fall asleep quickly! Also, do not drink alcohol just before you go to sleep. Or coffee or black tea.

The caffeine and the alcohol keep you awake. The scent of lavender or sandalwood has a calming and soothing effect. My favorite fragrance in a fragrance defuser is lavender!

You can spread this aroma in your bedroom using fragrance sticks or fragrance oil. This way you create the perfect night's sleep, so you quickly fall asleep on your wonderful top deck mattress.
