thrift Store
For years I came to the thrift store every day,,nl,Special chair,,nl,Last week it was again hit,,nl,He seemed quite new and modern,,nl,but it was really old,,nl,but I'm not sure about this,,nl,The chair was not too expensive in terms of price so I decided to bring the black beauty,,nl,Always have a weakness for rocking chairs,,nl,I like them so much,,nl,and it's so nice,,nl,The seat was a yellowish substance,,nl,Decently,,nl,but not my color so I put a coat in it,,nl,Also to pull the chair a bit to this time,,nl,I am still looking for a black coat,,nl,I find that a bit more subtle,,nl,Jute rug,,nl,Because our floor is lacquered and therefore sensitive to wear, I went looking for a rug,,nl,At the Kwantum I found this Jute robe,,nl. Sinds ik geen vintage webshop meer heb is dit veel minder geworden. Zo’n twee keer per week schiet ik er even binnen op zoek naar een verborgen schat.
Bijzondere stoel
Afgelopen week was het weer raak. Een mooie metalen schommelstoel stond te glimmen in de hoek. Hij leek best nieuw en modern, maar was toch echt oud. Ik denk jaren 80, maar dit weet ik niet zeker.
De stoel was qua prijs niet al te duur dus ik besloot de zwarte beauty mee te nemen. Heb altijd een zwak voor schommelstoelen. Ik vind ze zo gezellig zitten, en het staat zo leuk!
De zitting was een gelige stof. Netjes, maar niet mijn kleur dus ik heb er een vacht in gelegd. Ook om de stoel weer een beetje naar deze tijd te trekken. Ik ga nog wel op zoek naar een zwart vacht, dat vind ik net even wat subtieler.
Jute kleed
Omdat onze vloer is gelakt en daardoor gevoelig is voor slijten ben ik op zoek gegaan naar een kleedje. Bij de Kwantum vond ik dit kleed van Jute. Nice airy and too massive in terms of surface,,nl,A perfect decorative floor protector,,nl,Both the chair and the rug are nicely set off at the blue floor,,nl,I also found the pink leather pouf in the thrift store last week,,nl,Coincidentally in exactly the same color as our bank,,nl,After a little refilling with granules,,nl,that I still had from a written bean bag,,nl,he was like new again,,nl,I already had a nice black pouf,,nl,but with,,nl,children you never have too many seats for the TV,,nl,Nice finds for little,,nl,nice though..,,nl,You always find those nice things,,nl,What is your top,,nl,favo thrift shops,,nl,I like going to Gold Good,,nl,In Diamantlaan,,es,and thanks,,no. Zowel de stoel als het kleed steken mooi af bij de blauwe vloer.
De roze leren poef vond ik afgelopen week ook in de kringloopwinkel. Toevallig in precies dezelfde kleur als onze bank. Na een beetje bijgevuld te hebben met korreltjes (die ik nog had uit een afgeschreven zitzak) was ie weer als nieuw!
Ik had al een mooie zwarte poef, maar met 4 kinderen heb je nooit teveel zitplekken voor de tv! (-;
