Ik krijg nog steeds niet genoeg van de rotan/bamboe interieur trend. Het oogt luchtig, warm, en natuurlijk. En dat zijn 3 elementen waar ik héél blij van wordt voor in mijn eigen interieur!

Ik heb inmiddels al heel veel natuurlijke bamboe en rotan kleuren in mijn huis. Het gevaar bij interieur trends kan zijn dat als je veel van het zelfde bij elkaar hebt staan het effect te geforceerd kan lijken.

Juist de combinatie met andere meubel stijlen en kleuren, geeft een (rotan) meubelstuk meer ruimte om te “shinen”. Het vaagt dan niet weg in het geheel, maar valt juist veel meer op!

Daarom besloot ik voor de verandering eens te gaan stylen met een ander kleurtje rotan. Namelijk zwart!

Een goede match bij het rotan tafeltje wat ik een tijdje geleden bestelde bij deze webshop. Het zwarte onderstel van dit tafeltje is een perfecte combinatie met de vlinderstoel.

Van binnen naar buiten

Het voordeel van rotan stoelen vind ik dat ze ook heel sfeervol in de tuin staan. In de zomer sleep ik geregeld meubelstukken naar buiten. Bij een stoffen fauteuil doe je dit niet zo snel, maar een rotan stoel is licht van gewicht dus makkelijk verplaatsbaar.

En behalve dat staat het dus ook super zomers en gezellig! En zo’n zwarte stoel is ook makkelijk te combineren met verschillende kleuren kussens. Al is deze combinatie met de tijger print nu al mijn favoriet!

Momenteel staat de stoel in onze woonkamer en steekt mooi af bij de licht grijs/blauwe vloer. De kleur zwart komt ook weer terug in de accessoires.

De fauteuil heeft een los bijgeleverd wit zitkussen. Dit geeft de stoel een fijn zitcomfort.

Door het consequent terug laten komen van kleuren -in dit geval zwart- wordt deze ruimte écht een geheel. Het zwart, wit, en blauw, valt als een puzzelstukje in elkaar. De kleur zwart geeft een beetje pit aan de kamer!
