Determine painting height by feeling

The ideal height for a painting is 145 centimeter. Ja, both for tall and short people! Therefore put a dot on the wall with a pencil at the height of 145 cm, measured from the ground.
Then measure the length of your painting and divide this size by two. This is the exact center of your painting.
Does your painting have a cord at the back? Then also measure the piece between the top of the painting and the cord in tension. You then subtract this distance from the height from the previous step. That way you know how much higher you set the screw, hook or nail above the previously measured length of 145 centimeter must hang. Put a dot here too.
