Televisie kijken
Ons gezin is best traditioneel als het om televisie kijken gaat. Gewoon lekker “old-school” met zijn allen op de bank.
Voornamelijk zijn dit Nederlandse (kinder) programma’s en soms een filmpje via Netflix of Videoland. Je ziet steeds vaker om je heen dat kinderen achter de computer tablet hangen en YouTube filmpjes kijken.
Maar dit is bij mij thuis met onze 4 kinderen gelukkig niet het geval. Dit vind ik als moeder erg fijn, want ik zie ze liever samen voor de televisie zitten, dan alleen achter een scherm weggedoken.
Lelijk zwart vlak
Voor mijn werk fotografeer ik veel in ons huis. En dan is dat altijd voor mij weer knoeien met “het zwarte vlak” ofwel de tv. We bedachten daarom in 2012 toen we in ons nieuwe huis kwamen, dat we een televisie wilde aanschaffen die het minst op zou opvallen aan de muur. Op onze slaapkamer hadden we al jaren een kleine witte Samsung hangen, en we wilden deze frisse stijl ook doortrekken naar de woonkamer.
Samsung was destijds de enige tv die wij konden vinden met een wit frame.
We verstopten de televisie in een oude schouw, mooi onopvallend weggewerkt. Het nadeel was wel, dat het formaat van de tv best klein was. Soms was het even turen!
2014
Na 5 jaar besloten we de schouw te slopen en de kamer indeling om te gooien. De tv kwam op een grote wand terecht, verder af van de bank. 2017 nog oude kleinere tv
Samsung UE43MU6100
We kozen weer voor ons vertrouwde Samsung merk maar dit keer eentje met een klein zilveren randje. Een mooie budget oplossing voor een tv die niet teveel in het oog mag springen. We kochten de UE43MU6100. Een net even wat groter model dan die we hadden. Heel erg fijn om naar te kijken, goed scherp beeld, en een mooi groot formaat. Maar nog steeds een styling dingetje bij fotografie. Vaak was het daarom ook deze hoek van de kamer die nooit op de foto kwam. Speciaal voor het blog natuurlijk wel even gedaan (-:

Samsung ambassadeur
Afgelopen maand kreeg ik de kans om ambassadeur te mogen worden van Samsung, wat een eer!

Een televisie die zo strak op de muur zit dat het lijkt op een lijst. De lijst is ook nog eens verwisselbaar in verschillende kleuren. En als klap op de vuurpijl toont de televisie bij rust een schilderij of foto, naar keuze waardoor het lijkt op een echt kunstwerk!
Op de televisie zitten al standaard 100 kunstwerken van 37 internationaal bekende kunstenaars. Eventueel kan je via de “Art store” nog toegang krijgen naar een grotere collectie met wel meer dan 1.000 kunstwerken! Of je kunt een eigen foto of kunstwerk plaatsen via een USB of via je smartphone.
Een droom kwam uit, wat een oplossing is dit voor een groot interieur liefhebber als ik!

Wij hebben gekozen voor een prachtige lichthouten lijst. De kast en de televisie komen zo helemaal in 1 lijn qua afmeting, en passen qua kleur perfect bij elkaar. Ik kreeg 4 verschillende kleuren lijst bij de televisie, maar koos voor de lichthouten kleur. Deze kleur komt weer terug in het wandmeubel en andere accessoires in ons huis. De lijst is heel makkelijk verwisselbaar, wat natuurlijk handig is als ik weer eens de boel verander in huis.
Heerlijk in de pyjama in de kerstvakantie films kijken!
De televisie geeft haarscherp beeld en heel goed geluid. Je krijgt het gevoel alsof je in de bioscoop zit. En zoals je ziet zitten er geen lelijke kastjes, boxen of snoeren in het zicht.
Kinderkunst

Ik fotografeerde een aantal tekeningen en stuurde het via mijn smartphone naar “The Frame”
De kinderen vinden het fantastisch om hun eigen knutselwerk zo groot terug te zien op beeld.
En het mooie is, er zit een beweging’s sensor in die ervoor zorgt dat het scherm uitschakelt zodat je energie bespaart. En de belichting past zich aan de ruimte aan. Zo heb je nooit een te fel kunstwerk hangen als je avonds de lampen gedimd hebt.
Zodra wij de “The Frame” uitzetten verschijnt de geselecteerde foto/tekening/art afbeelding. En als je een tijdje niet in de kamer bent schakelt de tv vanzelf uit.

Op dit moment is mijn favoriete afbeelding de zebra. Ik hou erg van dieren afbeeldingen, en de kleuren in de kamer zijn zo mooi op elkaar afgestemd.
The Frame is een onderdeel geworden van ons interieur!
