Nursery wallpaper makeover

Recently we had another children's room in the house. The oldest daughter of 13 got a bigger room, and the youngest got hers. She also improved in size so everyone was happy!

But for me this often results in a small job. A maid's room 13 is quite different from a girl's room 6. Where I found the OSB plate for the adolescent room super cool, I thought it was too rough for the youngest girl. Painting such a wall is not so nice because of the structure, so wallpaper is really the only option. A very nice option, that makes a difference!

Wallpaper Roomblush

Online I found a very nice fresh wallpaper Roomblush. A beautiful wallpaper brand characterized by its fresh graphic prints. I think this style feels Scandinavian, and that's exactly the style I love too,

At first I thought that the wall would be a problem to hang because of the rough surface. But this turned out to be no problem at all. I bought a bucket of ready-made Bison wallpaper glue for non-woven wallpaper. I used a block brush, and smeared the wall per lane. the non-woven wallpaper did not have to be lubricated, so super easy!

What was also very useful were the dotted lines per lane on the roll. That way you know exactly where the job ends.

You will never cut a wrong job this way!

And because this non-woven wallpaper is of thick quality, you don't see any relief of the wall through it.

The result was just as I hoped!

The white background keeps the room nice and light. The warm copper and brown tones give a little warmth. And these natural colors match the wooden ones perfectly (IKEA IVAR) cabinet,nl, and the rattan accessories.
