The toilet. For many in terms of styling, it is a bit of a neglected child. In my case this was certainly the case. Our toilet is in a year 30 house so you are a bit stuck to the old elements.

Just a new floor over the years 30 It is not easy to lay a granito floor. And a new trendy tile does not fit in either. So you are already pretty stuck at the base. But this does not mean that you cannot give it a nice new twist. I show in this blog, how you can give an old toilet a new fresh look with budget-friendly accessories from XENOS!

The white toilet seat that does not fit properly

To begin with, I thought that the toilet seat could be given a makeover. Actually, white is not in the years at all 30 stijl. In the past, toilet seats were black. And that's why we didn't want all of this for a while.

In the years 80 en 90 white became the bathroom trend. But this is currently already slowly shifting to black. So a toilet seat can also be fun again in this dark color.

The approach of the metamorphosis was more uniform in terms of colors and materials.

Also the 15 year old BLOND AMSTERDAM jar could be replaced, another towel, a new trash can, a toilet roll basket and some dried flowers. Only with these accessories will you quickly have a new look. And so if you choose a unity of color (in this case black) then you immediately see much faster that a room has been renovated!

The extra large mirror gives a spacious feeling. You get this effect with an extra large mirror. You have these mirrors in several sizes, but I chose the largest size, the 80cm.
